È stata rilasciata la versione 3 della Permanent Patch, un'applicazione che renderà permanente l'ormai "storico" HEN 6.20 TN-E di Total_Noob che grazie alla sua scoperta ed al suo HEN ha sbloccato la scena PSP ferma da mesi e mesi. Anche se i suoi utilizzatori saranno ormai pochi a causa/per merito di tutti i Custom Firmware oggi a disposizione, lo sviluppo a favore dei suoi utilizzatori continua.
